RSPRY1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RSPRY1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,774 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RSPRY1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CIAPIN1, ARL2BP, and FTO. Each is linked with RSPRY1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSPRY1-to-partner and partner-to-RSPRY1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RSPRY1 versus CIAPIN1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RSPRY1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RSPRY1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
