Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RSPRY1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,143 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RSPRY1-associated genes across cancer lineages are WRBP1, SNORD31B, and POLR2DP1. Each is linked with RSPRY1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSPRY1-to-partner and partner-to-RSPRY1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WRBP1 grouped by RSPRY1-low versus RSPRY1-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RSPRY1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RSPRY1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
