Across TCGA patient cohorts, RSPO4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 263 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RSPO4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACTG1P2, FAM238B, and B3GNTL1P2. Each is linked with RSPO4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSPO4-to-partner and partner-to-RSPO4 results are reported.
