RSPO3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RSPO3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,350 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RSPO3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VCAN, LMOD1, and SGCD. Each is linked with RSPO3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSPO3-to-partner and partner-to-RSPO3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RSPO3 versus VCAN in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RSPO3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RSPO3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
