Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RSPO3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RSPO3 data layer compared with 3 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher RSPO3 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RSPO3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and KIRC show a favorable association.

UVM, KIRP, and SKCM are the cancer types where RSPO3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
