The most reproducible RSPO3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Humoral immune response mediated by circulating immunoglobulin, Response to hydrogen peroxide, and Positive regulation of focal adhesion assembly. Each is linked with RSPO3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSPO3-to-partner and partner-to-RSPO3 results are reported.
