Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RSPO2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,382 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RSPO2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SELENBP1, OLFML1, and UTP4. Each is linked with RSPO2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSPO2-to-partner and partner-to-RSPO2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RSPO2 versus SELENBP1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RSPO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RSPO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
