Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RSPO1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RSPO1 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher RSPO1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RSPO1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
SCLC, LUAD, and LIHC are the cancer types where RSPO1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
