RSPH6A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RSPH6A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,011 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RSPH6A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA repair, Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process, and tRNA metabolic process. Each is linked with RSPH6A in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSPH6A-to-partner and partner-to-RSPH6A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of DNA repair grouped by RSPH6A-low versus RSPH6A-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RSPH6A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RSPH6A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
