Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RSPH6A RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RSPH6A data layer compared with 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher RSPH6A RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RSPH6A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and UCEC show a favorable association.

HNSC, ACC, and KICH are the cancer types where RSPH6A RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
