Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RSPH6A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RSPH6A-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, Stathmin, and ATM. Each is linked with RSPH6A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSPH6A-to-partner and partner-to-RSPH6A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by RSPH6A-low versus RSPH6A-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RSPH6A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RSPH6A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
