RSPH4A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RSPH4A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,728 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RSPH4A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR19, TPPP3, and DYNC2H1. Each is linked with RSPH4A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSPH4A-to-partner and partner-to-RSPH4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RSPH4A versus WDR19 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RSPH4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RSPH4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
