Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RSPH4A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,651 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RSPH4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPEF1, TSNAXIP1, and CCDC113. Each is linked with RSPH4A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSPH4A-to-partner and partner-to-RSPH4A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RSPH4A versus SPEF1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RSPH4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RSPH4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
