RSPH4A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RSPH4A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,538 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RSPH4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP3CC, MIR4305, and FAM177A1. Each is linked with RSPH4A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSPH4A-to-partner and partner-to-RSPH4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPP3CC grouped by RSPH4A-low versus RSPH4A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RSPH4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RSPH4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
