RSPH4A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RSPH4A mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 5,977 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RSPH4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MKI67, CUL7, and CCDC40. Each is linked with RSPH4A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSPH4A-to-partner and partner-to-RSPH4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MKI67 grouped by RSPH4A-low versus RSPH4A-high in BONE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RSPH4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RSPH4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
