RSPH14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RSPH14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,405 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RSPH14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CETN2, IFT88, and TPPP3. Each is linked with RSPH14 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSPH14-to-partner and partner-to-RSPH14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RSPH14 versus CETN2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RSPH14→partner) and Y-score (partner→RSPH14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
