Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RSPH14 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RSPH14 data layer compared with 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher RSPH14 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RSPH14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRP and READ show a favorable association.

KIRP, READ, and LGG are the cancer types where RSPH14 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
