Across TCGA patient cohorts, RSPH14 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RSPH14-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, mTOR_pS2448, and VHL. Each is linked with RSPH14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSPH14-to-partner and partner-to-RSPH14 results are reported.
