Across TCGA cell cohorts, RSPH14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,934 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RSPH14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Allantois development, Short-chain fatty acid catabolic process, and Protein localization to cilium. Each is linked with RSPH14 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSPH14-to-partner and partner-to-RSPH14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Allantois development grouped by RSPH14-low versus RSPH14-high in CNS.
