Across TCGA patient cohorts, RSPH1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,305 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RSPH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAI4, SPEF1, and DNAH6. Each is linked with RSPH1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSPH1-to-partner and partner-to-RSPH1 results are reported.
