The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher RSL24D1P4 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RSL24D1P4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and GBM show a favorable association.
ACC, BRCA, and KIRC are the cancer types where RSL24D1P4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
