Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RSL24D1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 620 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RSL24D1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP516, SENP3-EIF4A1, and TRBV7-9. Each is linked with RSL24D1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSL24D1-to-partner and partner-to-RSL24D1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP516 grouped by RSL24D1-low versus RSL24D1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RSL24D1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RSL24D1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
