Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RSL1D1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RSL1D1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher RSL1D1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RSL1D1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC, LIHC, and COAD are the cancer types where RSL1D1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
