RSL1D1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RSL1D1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,864 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RSL1D1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNRIP1, ABCA8, and ABCA9. Each is linked with RSL1D1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSL1D1-to-partner and partner-to-RSL1D1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RSL1D1 versus CNRIP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.55.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RSL1D1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RSL1D1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
