RSL1D1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RSL1D1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 31,855 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RSL1D1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCL1, SURF6, and TBL3. Each is linked with RSL1D1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSL1D1-to-partner and partner-to-RSL1D1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RSL1D1 versus RCL1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RSL1D1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RSL1D1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
