RSL1D1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RSL1D1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 482 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RSL1D1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND5P27, RNU7-156P, and RN7SL539P. Each is linked with RSL1D1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSL1D1-to-partner and partner-to-RSL1D1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTND5P27 grouped by RSL1D1-low versus RSL1D1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RSL1D1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RSL1D1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
