Across TCGA patient cohorts, RSKR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,649 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RSKR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SUGP2, DHX9, and STAG2. Each is linked with RSKR in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSKR-to-partner and partner-to-RSKR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RSKR versus SUGP2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
