Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RSKR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 215 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RSKR-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR9Q2, MTND5P27, and RPS14P7. Each is linked with RSKR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSKR-to-partner and partner-to-RSKR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR9Q2 grouped by RSKR-low versus RSKR-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RSKR→partner) and Y-score (partner→RSKR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
