Across TCGA patient cohorts, RSKR mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RSKR-associated genes across cancer lineages are Bax, A-Raf_pS299, and IGFBP2. Each is linked with RSKR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSKR-to-partner and partner-to-RSKR results are reported.
