RSC1A1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RSC1A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 640 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RSC1A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYHAS, FOXRED2, and CHGA. Each is linked with RSC1A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSC1A1-to-partner and partner-to-RSC1A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RSC1A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RSC1A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
