RSC1A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RSC1A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RSC1A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VSX2, OR1N1, and OR6T1. Each is linked with RSC1A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSC1A1-to-partner and partner-to-RSC1A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RSC1A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RSC1A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
