Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RSAD2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RSAD2 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher RSAD2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RSAD2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BRCA, HNSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where RSAD2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
