RSAD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RSAD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,738 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RSAD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STAT1, TAP1, and TRIM21. Each is linked with RSAD2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSAD2-to-partner and partner-to-RSAD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RSAD2 versus STAT1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RSAD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RSAD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
