RS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,300 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VEPH1_S430, SEC63_T537, and SEPTIN4_S118. Each is linked with RS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RS1-to-partner and partner-to-RS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RS1 versus VEPH1_S430 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.16.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
