Across TCGA cell cohorts, RS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GML, SLC35G3, and NKX2-6. Each is linked with RS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RS1-to-partner and partner-to-RS1 results are reported.
