Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RRS1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RRS1 data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher RRS1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RRS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, BLCA, and LUSC are the cancer types where RRS1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
