RRS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,492 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UTP14A, BOP1, and NOP16. Each is linked with RRS1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRS1-to-partner and partner-to-RRS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RRS1 versus UTP14A in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
