Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,262 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RRS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBM28, RSL1D1, and SURF6. Each is linked with RRS1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRS1-to-partner and partner-to-RRS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RRS1 versus RBM28 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
