Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRS1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ T-cells, CD8+ Tcm, and B-cells. Each is linked with RRS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRS1-to-partner and partner-to-RRS1 results are reported.
