RRP9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRP9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,907 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRP9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ATAD2, DNTTIP2, and GNL3. Each is linked with RRP9 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRP9-to-partner and partner-to-RRP9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RRP9 versus ATAD2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRP9→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRP9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
