Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRP9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,710 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RRP9-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABCA8, LMOD1, and SHE. Each is linked with RRP9 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRP9-to-partner and partner-to-RRP9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RRP9 versus ABCA8 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRP9→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRP9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
