Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRP9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,083 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRP9-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02563, RNU6-952P, and C5orf22. Each is linked with RRP9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRP9-to-partner and partner-to-RRP9 results are reported.
