RRP9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RRP9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,737 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRP9-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFRD2, GNL3, and MRTO4. Each is linked with RRP9 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRP9-to-partner and partner-to-RRP9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RRP9 versus IFRD2 in URINARY_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRP9→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRP9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
