Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRP8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,508 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RRP8-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS21, NAT10, and ABCA6. Each is linked with RRP8 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRP8-to-partner and partner-to-RRP8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RRP8 versus RPS21 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRP8→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRP8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
