Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RRP8 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RRP8 data layer compared with 3 for mutation status and 3 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher RRP8 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RRP8 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as THYM and CHOL show a favorable association.

ACC, LIHC, and KICH are the cancer types where RRP8 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
