RRP8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRP8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRP8-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, A-Raf_pS299, and Ku80. Each is linked with RRP8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRP8-to-partner and partner-to-RRP8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by RRP8-low versus RRP8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRP8→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRP8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
