RRP8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RRP8 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,241 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRP8-associated genes across cancer lineages are AGPAT2, CORO7, and IFITM1. Each is linked with RRP8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRP8-to-partner and partner-to-RRP8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AGPAT2 grouped by RRP8-low versus RRP8-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRP8→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRP8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
