Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RRP36 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RRP36 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher RRP36 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RRP36 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

SCLC, KIRP, and ACC are the cancer types where RRP36 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
