Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRP36 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,149 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RRP36-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPGP10, KNSTRN, and FAM136A. Each is linked with RRP36 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRP36-to-partner and partner-to-RRP36 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RRP36 versus SNRPGP10 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRP36→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRP36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
