Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRP36 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRP36-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, FoxM1, and JNK2. Each is linked with RRP36 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRP36-to-partner and partner-to-RRP36 results are reported.
